My hard drive crashed. I re-installed DraftSight & when I tried to re activate got this:

"Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and retry. Visit My.SolidWorks for more information. (3/0)"

I can't deactivate since the hard drive failed. How do I remedy this?
