Re Activation problems

I have been using draftsight maybe every other day since 2012 and receive emails from them all the time, now every time I try to load up draftsight its asking me to re activate my account, which I do my filling in the required details (email, country etc.) but then as soon as I try to open draftsight the next time the same re activation box appears. Speaking to colleagues in my office they receive an email with an activation link once they have filled in the details, this is something I don't receive. Can anybody suggest a solution or some way of fixing the problem?
