I have the same problem as Jeff Rus a few days ago - i've changed drive on computer and its saying activation count exceeded. I cant deactivate / re-activate?
Any advice on reactivating DraftSight?

Activation count exceeded. Either deactivate a license from another computer and retry, or contact your reseller. (3/0)
Unable to deactivate. The drive failed on the computer and we reloaded the operating system.
