Proxy authentication issues

One of our customers has been using Draftsight on 2017 and prior fine, however, since the upgrade to 2018 they have been able to get it working due to proxy authentication errors. When they try to say no proxy, it doesn't work. When they put in their proxy settings it doesn't work either. All their other programs are setup using the same proxy and they work fine. They have manually put through draftsight.exe through the windows firewall and carried out a packet trace on the network card. I can see the challenge using NTLM authentication, and then “authentication failed” in the packet trace. Does the Draftsight proxy support NTLM authentication?

How do we fix this issue?
