Can someone please assit with the following as its driving me nuts.

As far as I am aware, I have everything set to display as mm under FORMAT and UNIT SYSTEM.  However in the Properties pane on the left and under "View" all my measurements are being displayed in inches as opposed to mm.  So when i am placing items, I have to use a calculator at the moment to do the manual conversion.

How can I set this pane to display in mm instead of the current inches.
