Properties Dialog Box is not showing up, or any other.  it tells me that they're on and off but they're not there. any help would be appreciated. I'm running windows 8, 64. I did find one other quest.  answered on here that was the same but the answer didn't seem to help in this instance. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
