To create 2D spirals:

Follow one of the following: 
On the tape, click Home > Draw > Propeller. 
From the menu, click Draw > Propeller. 
Enter Propeller. 
In the graphics area, specify the center point of the base (P1) to set the 2D spiral position. 
Follow one of the following: 
Specify a point (P2) to set the radius of the base. This point defines the starting point.
