Hi! Every time I try to start DraftSight (V1R3.1, 64bit with Windows7) the program-window pops up for 2 seconds, then it closes and a message appears that says "DraftSight ist auf ein Problem gestoßen und muß geschlossen werden. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die Unannehmlichkeiten". Re-Installation hasn´t solved the Problem.

Is there someone who has a solution for this problem?
