There appears to be a problem with DraftSight 2017 SP0 when it comes to small dimensions.

When adding a dimension where the text and arrow heads do not fit Draftsight is still drawing a line between the arrow heads even when it should not be doing.

Open the same drawing in AutoCAD and add the same dimension without changing any dimensions at all and you do not get the unwanted line.

Note that dimension was originally centred - but was dragged outside of the dimension line to allow a TYP note to be added - on DraftSight this causes the problem - on AutoCAD this is fine.
