I think this is a bug. This attached DWG file looks quite OK in AutoCAD LT 2012, if you switch to paperspace (sheet 1). But this isn´t so in DraftSight. This is any problem with rendering of texts of dimensions in scale 1:50 som I´ve  set in paperspace. Other texts are OK, as you can see.
