I have bought a license of Draftsight professional from 2 years

until Monday morning I used the drawing program as usual.

from Monday afternoon the program no longer opens.

the windows 10 diagnostics tell me that the program is incompatible.

I use the program for work and can't solve. I urgently need to understand how to resolve this situation
