Using DraftSight 2019

My drawings will not print to scale. I am drawing in inches, 1:1 scale. I set up the print settings to match. When I print the drawing a 6 inch line prints 5 13/16 inches. therefore all other object are not scaled correctly either.

I gave the drawings to someone who has a different CAD software and the results were even worse.
