A few things I come across when trying plot a 24X36 (Arch D) sheet from paperspace under windows 7, and plotting to a HP T1100 plotter.

I opened an existing AutoCAD 10 file which plots fine.

Outline fonts print not filled, polylines print not filled.

Arrowheads on leaders are not filled.

LT scale does not work, (Lines do not print dashed) even though they look correct on the plot preview.

The line spacing of text is different on outline or TrueType fonts (no spacing on paragraphs).

The plot dialog box does not show all the printing devices available on my network.

The scale units default to metric even though I use Architectural imperial.

After the plot, the page layout in paperspace size defaults to 8 1/2" x 11 (Letter size).

The temporary work around is to plot to a pdf file first then use the pdf file to plot the drawing. Everything looked fine on the pdf file except the line spacing on the truetype fonts they still ran together on some instances.
