I'm using Draftsight 2018 SP1 (same issue on SP0) and Windows 7.

I have a PrintStyle (.ctb file) that I'm using in order to print drawings. It turns all colours to black and a certain layer to grey. It also uses a common lineweight except for a few. This works on almost all drawings perfectly except for one.

No matter what I do, this particular drawing won't apply the print style. It attempts to print in colour. I have tried reimporting the print style table, switching directories but nothing seems to work.

In the attached file you can see the Print Style Editor where all colours are changed to Black but in the preview in the background, the colours are still present. Is there anywhere else that I can change a setting to fix this?
