Why does print preview only show 8.5 by 11 no mater what size paper I choose in the setup dialog???

Also in sheet view only an 8.5 by 11 sheet is shown for sheet size. Is this dependant on the default printer setup in windows or can Draftsight only output to 8.5 by 11 inch paper? I am running win xp sp 3 and just installed draftsight V1R3.1.
