Print scaling worked entirely as expected in V1R1.2, but seems to be broken in V1R1.3

I'm trying to print a view which is 130mm x 208mm on A4 paper at 1:1.   the view looks right in the "sheet 1" pane, but is shown as far too large in print preview when printed from the "model" pane.  When printed from the "sheet 1" pane,  print preview looks right, but the actual print measures less than 5mm on a side.

Anyone else having similar problems?  Any workarounds?
