Anyone experiencing trouble with print configurations?

For me the settings never stay set.  Sometimes they do and all works well.  Then suddenly the page size is changed.  So I click the page size to select the correct size and then the scale changes units from inches to millimeters.  Always when I click page size this happens.  

I have saved the configuration but it continues to randomly change.

? suggestions ?
