It's not greyed out and activates BUT the window, that used to appear, showing page sizing options isn't available. Can it be hidden? This also happened to 'MakeBlock' as well - one could enter text (that wasn't visible) to get through this stage eventually 'repair' fixed that issue. However, the 'Print Configuration Manager' won't fix... Note demo version.
