Tutorials show a dialog box opening when issuing a print command or using the printer icon.  When I try, the only response is the generic Canon (or Brother) print box that appears for all other applications.  It will print the entire drawing, not scaled, fit to the paper size.  I have reloaded DS, upgrading from R4 to R5 with no change.  Using Mac OSX, V10.6, and Canon MP280, with alternate printer Brother MFC-7840W.
