Is there a decompiled version (HTML), PDF export or such of the CHM help file that's part of the Windows package? I'd like to be able to read it on my Android tablet when away from my PC. I tried decompiling it using HTMLHelp Workshop, which succeeded, but to create a browser-friendly HTML version from the source files would be lots of work (not to mention probably counter to DS's copyright :-)  I realize there are CHM readers for droids, but none I've tried are really up to the task.

I've worked through the Getting Started Guide (which, BTW, seems to end somewhat abruptly... is it a work in progress with more to come?) but the online help has a lot of material in it as well.
