Hi, I ordered 3 sets of Standard and 5 sets of professionals at Cleverbridge on April 14th.
The standard version can be activated after installation.
But the Professional version has an activation problem.

The error message is as follows.
Activation transaction failed: Serial number is not entitled to DraftSight 2019. Please contact your reseller. (3/0)

Could you help fix this problem? Or tell me who I should contact.
I have contacted DraftSight.Professional.Online@3ds.com twice, but only got one set of numbers.
