PLEASE HELP ME! 3 months now, my DS dont work at all, and I don't know what to do. I have used DS many years without any problem. At spring y updated to 2018 version. At first it worked well, but suddently it started to crash and finally stop workin totally. The program opens well, I can even open the drawing, but if I try any opcion of draw or modify it crashes immeadetely. I have reinstalled and installed the program at leas 8 times. No success. The curious thing is that when I instal the program it don't ask the personal information, like it used to do before. My laptop has i7 intel prosessor, enough space in HDD, and 8gb memory, windows 10, Nvidia Geforce 740M. WHAT CAN I DO!
