Since upgrading to Draftsight 2020 I can no longer perpendicular snap to lines within a block. Perpendicular snap works on the green rectangle in the images below (which is not a block) but doesn't work on the red rectangle (which is a block). I can only snap to midpoints or endpoints of block lines (except when editing inside the block). This is happening for all blocks in my files. Thanks in advance!
