On the 2017 draftsight version i just installed the esnap doesn't appear to be going where it should. 

The lines will appear to snapping correctly however the line will not always be perpendicular and will often fall short or go past the line I am snapping to.  I can see no error in the settings and the screen settings are correct is there a hotfix or solution as it is very annoying using extension and trim to get around this.
