When using DraftSight Enterprise 2021, the plugin "PDF Import" (from Graebert), the dialog box does not appear. This dialog box is the one that would appear and allow the user to search for a particular PDF to load into a drawing. In the Command Window, "_IMPORTPDF" does appear, so something is working.
