I opened and auto cad file and pretty much all was intact with the exception of a font.  

But I was super disappointed that the .pdf's that were xref'd could not be used.

Apparently pdf's are not a supported image file type.  Any plans to change this in the future?

Any ideas how I could convert them to one of the supported file types?

Also, is there a way to get tool bars/palettes to "roll up" when not used, or maybe?
