This is not really a question but something that might help others.
DS has a function I have only just become aware of. Previously, if I wanted to send drawings to a non CAD person, I selected Print and then created a PDF from there (a process that is integrated on a Mac). But that meant doing it for each tab, laboriously one at a time.
A much faster way of doing it where there are multiple drawings on separate tabs is to use Export>PDF. Not only does this allow you to select a number of tabs in one go, it produces a multi-page PDF, which could mean a complete set. It's fast and it's effective.
Naturally, there is a caveat! What it is not able to do is to recognise the print configuration set for the tab. So you have to have all pages the same size and orientation for it to work. If there was a single improvement I would like to see here, it is the ability to print all the tabs as PDFs just the way they appear on screen. That would be truly WYSIWIG.
