The Export facility built into DS is very useful, not least because you can export a whole set of sheets in one go.  The only problem is that it produces enormous files.  You can use Acrobat to reduce file size by about 30% but the remaining file can still be quite large (usually too large to be sure of emailing successfully).  Has anyone come across a way of dealing with this?  I believe PDFs produced by AC are much more modest in size.  If so, it means it can be done.
