When starting a new file or session of DS i get the warning "PCLSPTOOLS not found".  DS seems to work fine except that it hangs when working with the layer tools.  It will hang for a moment but if I click out of the DS window on my desktop or other app then back to DS it is fine.

Don't know if the two are related issues.

What is PCLSPTOOLS?  And how badly do I need it?  How do I get it back?
