We just updated to professional to be able to use the pattern path command and it is not working (circular is working). 

Though maybe draftsight was different then AutoCad i watched couple youtube videos it is the same as Autocad however it is not working. Example i draw a polyline and a standard line place a circle at the beginning and select pattern ( from the ribbon / icon bar) then pick circle than path choose equal and qty of circle and try to click preview and ok and nothing happens. If you choose it thru the Ribbon / icon it does not work, but is you use the command line it works.
