I've installed DS2020 Professional (Windows 64-Bit). Pattern function no longer works: 'Preview' and 'OK' buttons in the dialogue box remain greyed out. I also have an error message on the 'Home' tab.

(I've reinstalled twice but no change.)

How do I revert to DS2019 Professional?
