I have an issue where if I have multiple different layers and I am copying and pasting, they always past to the active layer. When I am doing it I type L in the command window and then N so it is not supposed to paste to the active layer. It still pastes to the active layer. I just did a fresh install so this is the default behavior on my instance. My co-worker does not have this issue running the same 2025 DraftSight. With his, if he types L then Y in the command window it will paste to the active layer. If he types L then N it will paste to the original layers. With mine, it is the same single color no matter what I do. I would appreciate any ideas to help.
