When I try to install Draftsight on a laptop, I get the following message and the program crashes.....

"Partial customization file cannot be the same as the main customization file"

This machine had been running Draftsight perfectly well until earlier this afternoon. By the time I got called to it, DS had been uninstalled and the user had tried to re-install the program, even downloading it again (which was unneccessary!). I've tried to install both 3.2 and 4.0 without success.

I am at a loss as to where I go from here as I've not seen this before.

Any advice will be gratefully received!
