Paper space line scale, PSLTSCALE and ENBLVPLSCL

In other standard drawing programs there are two settings, LTSCALE and PSLTSCALE which set the scale associated with the various linetypes. You need to use them, for example, when you have a dashed line and the dashes are too big or too small to display properly in the drawing. By changing the scale factor you can make the dashes display at a reasonable size relative to the object. LTSCALE applies globally and PSLTSCALE applies separately to the paper space.

DraftSight works differently. LTSCALE is available and works as expected. But PSLTSCALE is not implemented. When you type PSLTSCALE, DraftSight changes it to a different command, ENBLVPLSCL. This seems to work in a different way and can only accept the values 0 or 1.

But THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION WHATSOEVER on how to use it. There's no information on this site and when you Google it there are only about 6 hits in the entire universe. And none of them explain it properly. So come on Dassault. You have invented this unique command ENBLVPLSCL. Please tell us what it means and how to use it.
