​​​​​​​Black overlay screen on workspace at all times. Cannot open drawings or make new. Actually, I can open and make new, but cannot view. All I get is a black workspace that overlays over the drawing hiding the drawings and cursor when moved into the workspace. Thumbnail shows drawing on taskbar but not in workspace.  
Why is it impossible to get live help when you are a new paying user? That doesn't make sense. Anyway - I need help.
