Hi All,

I'm totally new to CAD and even now will not be creating my own drawings, however I use a flatbed router to engrave stainless steel identity plates but am supplied the drawings as dxf by the customer, the router software views and tries to engrave the text as outline which (at only 6mm high) causes the text to look blurred, plus the plates are then paint filled.

The design company have found a way to convert everything to single line which is fine for their drawings but I am now getting drawings from other customers with the same issue hence my need to convert the drawings myself, I'd appreciate any thoughts that you may have.
