When I draw a line in ortho or a linear dimension a ortho guide box shows up by my cursor.

It says Ortho / a distance / an angle....either 0< or <90

I've tried F12 and all unticked all the pointer input boxes but It still appears and is very annoying as it gets in the way.

The polar guide can be turned off in the settings 

Did anyone else have the same problem and solved it?
