When I go to open a folder,  Instead of a separate window popping up were all my files are located so I can navigate threw easy,  It wants me to manually type in the file location in the command window.  The same thing happens when I go to Save As.  I have multiple hard drives to navigate threw and this makes it a pain.  I have to save the folder,  Find it on my computer manually.  Cut it,  and then put it in the proper place that I want it saved.   I don't know how to get the pop up window back when I need to open a file or Save As.  Help menu has not helped either.
