Today I had a real issue, not knowing how a little arrow can make such a big deal. After backtracking to the Properties. I found the arrow to change from a single click to multiple click, which is right beside no selection box. If the arrow shows a single icon, double click the arrow. 

Working with this DraftSight is truly a large learning curve.
