Long time AC user and have used DS for about a year now.  I have read through the iQuestions and have not found anything helpful.  "Enable Click and drag" option is disabled.  I am sure to check that the Z values of all of the relevant entities are set to 0.

Offset:  When executing the Offset command, entities are often offset to the incorrect side of the original entity.  That is to say, they are placed on the side of the original entity that is opposite from the side that is clicked.  I then have to click around the screen in several locations on the side of the original entity until I find the "sweet spot" to get the desired result.

Extend:  Using simple line segments, entities will sometimes not extend until I find the "sweet spot" on the line that I am trying to extend.  Sometimes it is the end point, sometimes it is in the middle of the segment.  Sometimes I have to zoom in on the entity and click on it again before Extend will work.  Extending Arcs does not work at all.

Fillet:  Fillet works when it feels like it.  Filleting a line and an arc sometimes works, sometimes not.  Same thing with filleting two arcs.  Filleting two line segments works, but only if the radius is smaller than the shortest line segment being filleted, rather than running the resulting arc along the projection of the line segment.

Maybe I am crazy, but I seem to recall these commands working a little better, but still not perfectly, before I updated the software.
