Hi,

How can I setup the environment for drawing in cabinet (figure one) or cavalier (figure two) projection? See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oblique_projection

For instance, in "Options -> User Preferences -> Drafting Options -> Display -> Grid Settings" there are two options:

• Rectangular
• Isometric

None of these are ideal for working in a 45 degree projection, making it hard to inscribe an ellipse in a skewed rectangle like in figure one. In this case, the focal points of the ellipse are not aligned horizontally which require extra scaling/rotating to get the right projection.
