Our company has just bought 3 seats of draftsight standard 2019, however they are acting completely different from our previous installs and we are encountering numerous issues;

-on opening files we cannot move our cursor over the drawing area, it just disappears until you move out of the drawing area. This doesn't happen all the time.

-trying to dimension any entities is impossible, we used to be able dimension things and the dimension would appear on the drawing, now nothing.

-when trying to select numerous entities (using click-drag boxes) we can't complete the action, that is, the left click won't complete the selection.

has any one come across any of these issues or know of any fixes?
