Not able to reactivate DraftSight

I have had issues when trying to use my DraftSight V1R1.4.  It prompts me to reactivate to continue running DraftSight.  When I select the OK prompt button it closes and will not launch again.  I have done several steps that I have listed below. 

1 Disabled the antivirus software

2 Turned off the firewall

3 We do not use any proxy settings

4 Checked and confirmed user has admin rights

5 Ran the .exe file DraftSight V1R1.4

6 After the install selected finish and DraftSight automatically launched.

7 NO window or opportunity came up to enter email for registration/activation.

8 Closed DraftSight.

9 Launched DraftSight and the error to must reactivate DraftSight comes up.

10 Select OK and DraftSight closes with NO opportunity to enter email for registration/activation.

Will upgrading to this new version of V1R2.0 resolve this issue?
