I am running into an issue that I'm not able to open a DXF file directly from the explorer.

When opening the file via DraftSight directly, it does work.

The error that it is giving me is "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed".

Draftsight SP4 2020 is installed and we have tried to reinstall DraftSight (including renaming the Program folders in ProgramFiles and ProgramData) but with no luck.

Has anyone experienced this issue before and if so, how did you solve it?
