I have Draftsight Professional. It keeps crashing! It generates a trouble report but can't send it!

The only way to contact the company is here or I an not about to pay for support to tell them this program keeps crashing. 

The latest crash, I was looking a drawing I made several months ago. I was scrolling through the drawing zooming in and out and down the program went. Now it's locked for editing. 

Lousy software!

It used to be better when it was free. I don't mind paying for software if it works. 

I really hope someone at the company monitors this, but i doubt it!
