No support

As far as I can see, after you purchase this product you have no way to communicate with with anyone about a problem. I was using the free version and never had a problem. Now that I have purchased the Professional Version i have no way to report a problem or get any support. I guess I just got screwed and will have to purchase AutoCad if I want a product that has support. I'm sure that there is no way to get a refund if you cannot even contact anyone even by email.
