I do not use DraftSight but occasionally. I renewed my subscription last Sept, 2022, and now that I need it on my

new laptop, I cannot register it. I cannot call them, and when I try to ask for support online, I get an access denied. I assume its because I am not 3D. I just need the 2D version for drawings. This used to be a very good company with support, but now this is terrible. I tried using a phone number on the web, and it hung up on me, since I did not want to discuss the invoice.
