No response from 3DS support for 3 days!

Hello,

My desktop PC was upgraded at the weekend and Windows 10 installed also. My paid for Draftsight Standard stopped working as it did not recognize the machine anymore.

I contacted DraftSight.Standard.Online@3ds.com and SOLIDWORKS.Draftsight.Standard-Online@3ds.com 3 days ago, 2 days ago and 1 day ago for help in transferring my license to the upgraded machine. Not one reply have I had, absolutely nothing!

Are they always so slow in responding to support questions or have they gone bust?
