Hi all,

I have started using DraftSight just to measure distances and areas. I am trying to change the unit block scale from 'unitless' to 'meters' so I can measure a distance in meters (is this correct?). When I try Options>Drawing settings>Unit system and change the unit scale to meters, click apply then ok, I still don't get the distance in meters. EG what I'm measuring should be roughly 80m and I get 429 'units'.

Sorry for the basic question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
