Hi we have 2 Draftsight professional licences here, which have just renewed in that last 2 months. One user on the same PC is getting password expired(not sure why). The other has a new PC as the old one completely crashed and we have no access to it.
i urgently need to get the second on up and running the 30 day trial has run out, where am I supposed to get support for products we PAY for? I've been trying again and again to login on the 3dS Support and give me nothing but a page with details on it.
I logged a called as follows:

Urgency : 3 - Medium - 3) Medium - Service available with some non-critical functional restrictions.
Abstract: We have a Draftsight license that was on a old PC, that is no longer useable or in use. I have installed the software on a different PC, but there is no way to activate the license.
